SPRING FORWARD INTO FITNESS CHALLENGE – STARTS MARCH 16TH!
Yes, it’s THAT TIME of the year.
Snow is finally melting, the temperatures are climbing, and so is our anxiety - thinking about shorts, tank tops and (gasp) swim suits.
Don’t spend another summer hiding under oversized t-shirts, praying for fall so you can rock sweat pants and baggy sweaters. I’ve spent way too many summers cooped up inside the house while the rest of the world enjoyed the beach and swimming pool. It’s no fun sitting on the sidelines just because we have a little “winter hibernation weight.”
Now’s the time to spring forward into fitness.
I’m looking for other busy, frazzled, non-perfect peeps who want a step-by-step plan to make simple changes to live a healthier life, lose a little weight, and get ready for summer. I’ll support, guide and mentor you in a private Facebook group to help you set goals and achieve them. I’ll show you how to fit exercise into your super-crowded schedule. I’ll teach you how to plan meals with a simple formula – and I’ll share my own convenience “cheats.” You’ll learn a fool-proof portion control system to make sure you’re eating just the right amount for your body.
After all, we have better things to do than exercise for multiple hours and chop veggies. We’re heading for the park and the pool after all.
The Spring Forward into Fitness Challenge Group will help you succeed.
To stay on track most of us need inspiration and accountability DAILY. A challenge group is simply a group of like-minded people who are COMMITTED to becoming healthier. We interact daily in a private Facebook group and become a team to support and encourage each other. The group is your secret weapon to success and the group is your safe place.
To make big changes, you MUST be committed.

__Commit to the 21 Day Fix (beginners and intermediate level) or the 21 Day Fix Extreme (advanced). We can chat to see which is the best fit for you. Both programs combine simple portion-control eating with 30 minute workouts. Both programs are simple and effective.
__To make nutrition SIMPLE, we will replace one meal a day with Shakeology. Why? It’s one meal you don’t have to think about and it literally will be your most nutritious meal of the day. __In return, I’m going to support, guide and mentor you every step of the way. I’ll help you set goals and give you one of my custom-designed planners to plan meals, record your stats and track your progress. You will have access to a private Facebook group of people for daily encouragement and accountability, and it will be filled with awesome people just like you, who are trying to become healthier. The group is your personal support system so you will start and finish the challenge strong.
