This morning I pulled out my planner and discovered a scary statistic…. there are only 62 days left in 2016.
I don’t have a problem with time passing, but I DO have a problem when I realize I set big goals for myself at the beginning of 2016 and many of those goals have not been achieved.
But the stinky part about setting goals and missing them - AGAIN - is that it messes with our self-esteem. Have you ever thought, “I can never do that”, or “I’m a failure”?
I don’t like feeling like a victim, I’m tired of making excuses, and I’m tired of letting myself down. I’m not a wimp. I’m stronger than my excuses.
And I know you are too.
So I resolve to take these 62 days and make the most of them. Fitness-wise, food-wise and life-wise. I refuse to begin 2017 with an attitude of defeat and self-hatred. Are you with me??
To make the most of the 62 days left this year, I’m committing to a new workout and eating program called Core de Force. You can learn all about it HERE and join my challenge group if you’d like to join me!
