- Learn how to set nighttime eating guidelines
- Commit to no (unplanned) night snacking for seven days
- Learn strategies to cope with boredom, procrastination and stress that lead us straight to the pantry at night!

This group is totally free.
This will be SIMPLE. Not easy, because nighttime grazing is a big issue, but the challenge will be simple. There will be one daily post from me and then you give us a 30 second status update for each of the 7 days. That’s it.
