What’s the 3 Day Diet group?
The 3 Day Diet is a way to drop a few pounds quickly, re-establish clean eating habits, and kick start a healthy lifestyle change. It’s not a cleanse – you will be eating REAL FOOD, just less of it. One simple menu for all three days makes for SIMPLICITY. You just need a few items from the grocery store, food prep is almost zero, and it’s designed to be EASY.
I share the diet plan, shopping list and workbook inside a private Facebook group because I know that your success is not about a diet plan. The support and community the group provides helps you stick with the diet (and have fun)!

The 3 day diet page is current. I just hosted a group so I was deciding when I wanted to run the next one. Decisions, decision, lol. I think I will have a group start on Monday, April 4, so I’ll get the page updated. I always send an email announcing the groups so if you are on my list you’ll have advanced warning. I hope this helps!
