In the spirit of brand new beginnings, here is a new printable fitness calendar for the month of January!  

 

It is pretty self-explanatory, but see the December Fitness Calendar Instructions if you need detailed instruction.

Make sure to keep your calendar VISIBLE.  It doesn’t help when the calendar is out of sight and out of mind.

    I’m gonna start exercising, even though I really don’t want to. Lol. I hope you’ll be creating a calender for each of the next several months as well, because they’re super cute and will definitely help me keep track of my workouts. =)

    Oh definitely start exercising! Just find something you love to do so you look forward to your workouts. It can be very informal, like just dancing around the living room, lol. I will be making calendars for the rest of the year, in fact I’ve redesigned the calendar to look (hopefully) even better. I hope you enjoy!
