No Facebook required, no new groups to join. This challenge is done on your own time, in the privacy of your own home…. but you won’t be alone.
You’ll learn to set simple goals for Halloween week, such as eating real food most of the time, moving your body every day (no gym membership required!), enjoying treats on Halloween in moderation, and holding yourself accountable.
