I’m going to let you in on a little secret…the first time I did the 21 Day Fix I really struggled with getting organized and tracking my containers each day. I printed out tracking sheets from the Beachbody website, but that just created stacks of extra papers on my desk.
In my house extra papers equal chaos and clutter.

Planner stickers keep you on track.

These stickers are designed to work with the Erin Condren Life Planner, but they will work with other planners or calendars as well. (Each daily full box is 1.5 by 1.9 inches.)

How to plan for the 21 Day Fix using your stickers in an Erin Condren Life Planner.
The same concept applies for nearly any planner.
- Choose your start week. Add the Week 1 banner to the sidebar of that week.
- Add the Week 2 and Week 3 banners to the sidebars for those weeks.
- Add the Day 1 Stats sticker to the sidebar of Week 1.
- Now let’s do a bit of pre-planning….
- Turn to the week BEFORE your Week 1 and add a Plan Meals, Shopping and Meal Prep sticker to the days you will do those activities. I usually start planning meals for the upcoming week on a Thursday; shop for groceries on Saturday; and meal prep on Sunday.
- Add the Before Pics sticker to the day you’ll take your photos and stats. I usually do this on the Sunday before my Day 1 Monday.
- Back on Week 1, add the “Your 21 Days of Awesome” sticker to a box on Monday. (Or use the sidebar.)
- Add the full box stickers for Days 1-7 on Monday through Sunday.
- Now in the middle of Week 1 you need to start planning for Week 2. So add the Plan Meals, Shopping and Meal Prep stickers to your planner.
- Repeat for Weeks 2 and 3.
- Add the other motivational stickers wherever you’d like!
- Add the Day 21 Stats sticker to the sidebar of Week 3.
- Add the After Pics sticker to the day when you’ll take your final photos and stats. I usually do this on Day 22 - the Monday following my 21 Day Fix program.
- Add the Submit Results to Beachbody sticker when you send your pics and stats to Beachbody! By submitting your results you will receive a free t-shirt, plus the opportunity to win cash prizes for your success story.
