I have three weeks to go in my Body Beast adventure, and realized I hadn’t shared my Body Beast Lean Schedule with y’all!
I love tracking my workouts and programs with cute printables in my workout binder, so I made a quick calendar for Body Beast Lean. Not looking to get huuuuuge here, lol.
There is space to set your goals, remind yourself of your motivation (Bon Jovi concert tour 2016 is mine!) and to establish a reward. You can even track your before and after stats right on the calendar.
I’ll be sharing my results when I complete the program in three weeks, but I have to say I’m very pleased so far. It was really hard to commit to this program since I’m a cardio junkie. Body Beast Lean has only one cardio day per week.
But, my goal was to build muscle, since this is a personal weakness of mine. After I lost 80+ pounds I found myself skinny fat – I didn’t suddenly have sculpted muscles. So now we are rectifying that situation!
