Did you know that one of the best ways to stay motivated and get in shape fast is by doing it with a group of others who have the same goals as you?
Choosing to lose weight and get fit can be SCARY! Especially if you’ve tried and failed before. This time you don’t have to do it alone. You will be part of a team of people with similar goals. A challenge group will be your support system and we are cheering for your success.

At one time in my life I would have answered “hell yes!” to all of these questions.

If we haven’t met, my name is Jacqui and I am a Team Beachbody Coach. My job is to help people lose weight and get fit. I’m also the fat lady in the “before” picture.
In my before pic, my size 22 Lane Bryant shorts were saying “for the love of God, woman, eat a salad!” but my inner rebellious teenager said “tortilla chips have corn and that’s a veggie, right?”
I’m teasing, but the sad fact is that being overweight is not funny. Out-of-control eating is not a joke. And hating yourself because you hate the way you look is definitely no laughing matter. Not to me, and not to you.
A health scare in 2008 was my rock bottom. I realized I could either continue making excuses and eat myself into full-blown diabetes, or I could take my future into my own hands, and prove I was stronger than my excuses.
When I finally lost the weight – over 80 pounds – I discovered that my life as a fat woman was the best on-the-job training to help others who desperately want and need to change. Because I UNDERSTAND how it feels to be fat. I know how hard it is to stick to a meal plan. I know how tough it is to exercise when you don’t have time, life gets in the way, and you have zero energy.
Now, as a Beachbody coach, I help people who were just like me, find a workout program they will love. A simple, healthy meal plan to get the weight off. But most importantly, I am their mentor , cheerleader and accountability buddy.

What is a challenge group?
A challenge group is a small group of people, led by me as your coach, following a Beachbody fitness program and nutrition plan. We meet “online” in a private Facebook group for daily accountability and support. We work as a team to support each other and get results. You can live anywhere and exercise in the privacy of your own home. No embarrassing public weigh-ins. (And the groups are tons of fun.)
In a Beachbody challenge group you will learn…

- How to plan simple, healthy meals for yourself and your family.
- How to manage your cravings for sweets and junk food.
- How to set realistic and achievable weight loss and fitness goals.
