1 – Happy Keto Body is focused on wellness, not just weight loss. If you’ve read my blog for awhile, you know I have reviewed programs in the past that are weight loss focused. Programs that show dramatic before and after pictures. Programs that make it seem like your weight or your physical appearance are the end goal.
I’ll admit, I bought into that mentality for awhile. Until obsessing about every morsel of food drove me absolutely batshit crazy. Until the body I saw in the mirror was never thin enough, or sculpted enough, or it didn’t look like the 20 year old success story the program showed me.
2 – You don’t have to obsessively track your macros. You are given two different tracking methods to use, if you choose (and I am tracking to start), but you have the option to skip logging your food. It’s about what works best for you.

Give it to me in small, easily digestible (yes, pun intended) amounts, and let me work on a few new things at a time.
